The meaning of "Players Play"

Many have misinterpreted the true meaning of “players play” due to having playing cards within its silhouette. If players' play isn’t about feeding someone's casino addiction, then what is the authentic meaning behind it?


As many of you know, Ajisai Club Japan is an automotive apparel brand and a local car group in Southern California based in Southeast Chula Vista. The inspiration for the brand was to build something for the local car community in San Diego and empower others to act. The automotive hobby of cars is a gamble that only a few people are able to understand. 


There are many risks when it comes to modifying a car, whether it be a stanced car, track car, drift car, or show car. That’s why you’ll see so many car enthusiasts driving centimeters off the floor or weekend drivers ripping it through the backroads at top speed. These drivers abuse most of their cars, but why take the risk? 


From a “stance” car owner's perspective, it pays to play the game of cars. wearing down suspension parts, bumpers, or exhaust pipes from being too low is the consequence many car enthusiasts are willing to face in exchange for the fun of being low. That's the risk in the game of cars! It's all a huge gamble, but these drivers accept that! Players Play! Don't be afraid to play the game! 


From a weekend driver's perspective, it pays to play the game of cars. Heading to the back roads, going 65+ MPH on a 50-degree angled turn, is a risk drivers are willing to take. They know the risk they will face if they crash from driving so fast, but that’s all part of the game of cars, and these drivers accept that! It's a huge gamble. Gamblers Gamble = Players Play. Play the game! 


From a track car or drift car owners perspective, they risk breaking their cars, burning tires, and blowing their motors from using their cars to their maximum potential. Why do they do this? The answer is simple. It gives them that adrenaline rush that they’re all looking for. To these drivers, if something breaks, there's no need to complain or to become upset. They all know that it’s part of the game of cars. It pays to play, and these drivers accept that. Players Play!
